Yes, the staff can see even enter your channel, but we never do that without proper reason.

Does regular members can see or even enter my channel?

Short answer, they can't. Your channel is completely hidden from regular member.

Are the staff can change my channel permissions?

Short answer, yes. For transparency answer, we never change the channel permissions without room master's permission. If you or the room master aware or realize if there any permissions have been changed, please mention @SleepNov4 immediately, but please only do ONE mention/ping.
